What We Fund
Northern Consortium provides grants to charities and not for profit organisations whose activities and aims align with our objectives and meet one or more of our strategic aims. We fund activities for new or established programmes through the distribution of our annual funding.
Applications for co-funding are preferred as we aim to work collaboratively with other like-minded funders to help organisations to achieve more. However, sole funding applications will be considered.

Our strategic aims are:
- Facilitating access to international education
- Promoting the benefits of international education
- Enabling educational engagement particularly for students from disadvantaged groups
NC was founded by a consortium of universities situated across the North of England, we fund organisations providing services and activities to those communities.
